Note: All confirmed orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled by the customer once confirmed.

Girl & Glow currently delivers exclusively within Pakistan.

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details. Girl & Glow is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or extra shipping costs caused by incorrect address information.
  • Delivery Charges: Delivery fees are paid by the customer and will be clearly displayed during checkout.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification

Girl & Glow offers both Cash on Delivery (COD) and advance payment options.

To guard against fraudulent or fake orders, Girl & Glow reserves the right to require advance payment of delivery charges prior to dispatching an order. This policy may apply to first-time shoppers, high-value orders, suspicious orders, or accounts with past delivery refusals.
